Who handles your information
Adsculpturist is operated by Khet Sapsombun (KSAP), based in Sweden. For privacy questions or requests, contact ksap@adsculpturist.com. Adsculpturist is a trading name; this page does not claim company registration or F-tax approval.
When you contact us
We use the name, email, brand details, links and brief you choose to provide to assess and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list.
Responding to business enquiries is based on our legitimate interest in discussing relevant creative services. Where you personally request steps toward a contract, those steps may instead use the pre-contractual basis. A final project agreement identifies the contracting party and any additional processing arrangements.
The services involved
- OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare: delivering this website and protecting it from abuse. Hosting may process IP addresses and technical request information.
- Formspree: processing the brief form and forwarding submissions to our business inbox. Its free plan currently offers 30 days of submission history; this is not a guarantee that email copies, logs or backups are erased after 30 days.
- Google Workspace: business email, appointment scheduling and Google Meet. Booking opens Google's own website, with its privacy information and booking fields.
Formspree processes data in the United States and states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses. Google and the hosting services may also process information outside the EEA. We do not claim that all data stays in Sweden. You can contact us for information about the applicable processing arrangements. How long we keep it
We review inactive enquiries monthly and aim to remove them from our working records within 90 days of the last meaningful contact. If a project proceeds, necessary project and accounting records follow the agreed purpose and applicable retention requirements. Provider backups and service logs follow their own retention schedules. A minimal do-not-contact record may be retained to respect an objection.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Email ksap@adsculpturist.com; we may need to verify identity. You can also complain to IMY, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
